    Big story in the news today is the report saying that Whiplash claims in the UK Compensation culture is to blaim for rising insurance costs in the UK

    Do you agree ?

    Have you ever had an insurance claim and actually suffered whiplash, what process did you have to go through to prove the issue ?

    Not surprised with the way quotes are going, that an commission based whiplash "specialists".

    Perhaps insurers should seek greater verification of these claims?
